What this warranty covers
I warrant that the work I deliver will be free from defects in my workmanship. If a defect covered by this warranty appears within the warranty period below, I will correct it at no charge to you.
Warranty period: the support window for this commission — 7 days for configuration, optimization, Discord integration or proxy setup; 30 days for custom plugin development; 45 days for full server setup — measured from delivery
How to make a claim
To make a claim, contact me through your Discord ticket or by email to [email protected], within the warranty period, with your commission reference and a description of the defect. Written claims may be sent to the email or business address above. I will bear the reasonable expense of honouring a valid claim under this warranty; if you incur such an expense, you may claim it from me at the contact details above.
Your rights are in addition to the law
The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods or services to which this warranty relates.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service you are entitled:
• to cancel your service contract with us; and
• to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
