It is provided for clients in the EU/EEA or UK who hold a statutory 14-day withdrawal or cancellation right — under Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) in the EU; that Directive as incorporated into the EEA Agreement and given effect by the national laws of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway in the EEA; and Regulation 30 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) in the UK.
